Kai’s Education Product Warranty
Kai’s Education provides a 1-year Warranty against manufacturer’s defects. This Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of a brand new Product. The product was purchased from directly from Kai’s Education or an authorized reseller. A purchase receipt or other proof of the date and location of retail purchase as well as the purchase price is required in order to claim the benefit of this Warranty.If a Manufacturer defect arises:
Within the 12 month Warranty Period you may contact support@kaisEducation.ai to arrange for a replacement of this Product or a Product component. Kai’s Education reserves the right to test the returned Product in order to verify that it is indeed a Manufacturer’s defect before exchanging the Product. In the event that a replacement for this Product is not available this Product will be replaced by Kai’s Education with a Product of equivalent or greater retail value. Notwithstanding the foregoing terms of this Warranty, Kai’s Education reserves the right at all times, at its sole option and discretion, to refund to you the purchase price paid by you for this Product in full and final settlement of Kai’s Education’s obligations under this Warranty. Kai’s Education does not warrant that the Product will operate without interruption or will be error-free or that all errors may be corrected. The Kai’s Education Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers the normal and intended use of this Product. This Warranty does not apply:- to any damage resulting from abuse, accident, unreasonable use, improper handling and care or other external causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship;
- to any hardware, software or other add-on components installed by the end-user;
- to damage arising from any service performed by an individual who is not an authorized representative of Kai’s Education;
- if this Product has been disassembled or modified in any way;
- to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents or broken plastic, or normal wear and tear.
Return Policy
14 Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, Kai’s Education’s return policy allows you to return the product purchased by you after obtaining an Kai’s Education return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 14 day period following date of receiving your Kai’s Education product. You can apply for an RMA by contacting support@kaisEducation.ai. The product must be received by Kai’s Education or one of their authorised resellers within 10 days after you receive the RMA. If the product is returned unused, undamaged, unopened, and in its original condition, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid. The refund will be made by crediting the original account used to make the purchase. All products being returned must be packed in the original, unopened, and unmarked packaging including any user manuals, accessories, documentation that were shipped with the product. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on any opened product, and any damaged product or missing parts may result in damage or missing part fees. In order to receive the remaining refund amount the product must be returned to Kai’s Education or their authorised reseller within the 14 day period. The RMA number must be included with the returned product. Shipping and handling charges, taxes paid, and any importation fees are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Kai’s Education If you return product to Kai’s Education without an RMA from Kai’s Education,- beyond the 10 day RMA issuance period, or
- without proper packaging,
