Kai’s Education AI Transparency Statement

At Kai’s Education, we believe in being open and honest about how we use artificial intelligence. This statement outlines the ways in which AI is used within our organization, what information is processed, and how that information is used.

How we Use AI

Kai’s Education uses for two main purposes:

Operational Efficiency

We use AI to streamline and automate manual, time-intensive processes. This includes data entry, transcribing calls and meetings, and enriching organizational data using publicly accessible information. Information is checked through reasonable supervision before use.

Product Ideation and Design

We use AI to support product development to help our team brainstorm, iterate, and explore creative directions. This includes its use in areas such as music and visual art for the digital versions of Literacy Kitchen, Market Math and The Dragon of Disengagement. In addition, AI was used in the creation of the story book for Literacy Kitchen and Market Math, as well as the game cards of The Dragon of Disengagement.

What Information is Processed

The information processed by AI tools at Kai’s Education is limited to what is necessary for the purposes outlined above. This may include internal operational data, publicly available information about organizations, and creative assets.
